Breakdown Service

Whilst our maintenance is designed to reduce any breakdowns, should one occur you can be assured that it will be repaired promptly. We are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and will respond rapidly to urgent requests.

Our technicians are well trained and very competent. All repairs are carried out as quick as possible to get your air conditioning back up and running as soon as possible.

We understand that it can be frustrating if the air conditioning or electrical systems break down, but you can count on our technicians to act professionally and with courtesy at all times. Following your call, our technician will arrive on site promptly, introduce himself and listen to your concerns. He will then attend to the problem without delay, and carry out any necessary repairs – of course subject to your approval. Our technicians’ service vehicles are equipped with spare parts for most urgent repairs.

Once finished, he will make sure the area is left clean and tidy and a detailed report on the work carried out will be sent out.

Preventative Maintenance

As our principal activity is maintenance this is where we can be of great benefits to you our client. Good, regular maintenance ensures that your HVAC and Electrical systems will work when you need them the most and will keep on working through the years. Our maintenance procedures to ensure that:

  • The equipment we maintain keeps on working to provide comfortable safe conditions for your staff, clients and visitors. In the case of computer rooms, we can help maintain a temperature-controlled environment for your valuable equipment.
  • All of your equipment’s efficiency is maximized and its life cycle extended.
  • Any breakdowns are reduced to a minimum.

To achieve the above we take a systematic approach to maintenance, which includes:

  • Carrying out the maintenance to a high standard, in compliance with our thorough, yet practical, equipment maintenance schedules.
  • Carrying out the maintenance on a regular basis, with consideration to the type of equipment, its age and its use.
Our experienced technicians are considerate of your staff, and will liaise with them at all times to ensure that any maintenance is carried out when convenient and with a minimum of fuss. We’d be pleased to supply more information or an obligation-free maintenance proposal.
